One Actual is dedicated to teamwork and training to realistic challenges within the most complete theater of operations available in DCS.  Our fight begins from the ground up in support of small scale and large scale operations with humans in Combined Arms.  Our missions are immersive and occur in complex environments that require both individual skills and teamwork.  Mastering your jet, learning how to be a good wingman, and radio communication skills are needed to win the day. Take pride in your flying and dedicate yourself to becoming an asset instead of a liability.

We have fixed and rotary wing pilot slots, and for all the professions you see below.

-Strike Coordination and Armed Reconnaissance (SCAR)

-Air Intercept Control (AIC)

-Ground Force Commanders (GFC)

-Carrier Air Traffic Control Center (CATCC)

-Air Battle Managers (ABM)

-Air Cavalry (Air Cav)

-Close Combat Attack (CCA)

-Air Assault (AASLT)

-Casualty Evacuation (MEDEVAC/CASEVAC)

-Parachute Operations
