Crystal Super Production Update (50 PPD, 57 PPD, Ultrawide)

We are pleased to announce that our team has successfully fulfilled 95% of the orders for the Crystal Super 50 PPD model. Production continues at a steady pace to address the remaining orders. Customers who have pre-ordered the 50 PPD model are advised to check their inboxes, as we are sending out emails to verify shipping addresses before the headsets are dispatched.

For the 57 PPD and Ultrawide models, we can confirm that the component shortages which led to an earlier delay have been fully resolved with our partners. We are now working to accelerate production and catch up on the schedule.

A batch of 57PPD headsets has already been scheduled for our users, and more are on the way. You'll first get an update that your headset is produced, then another one when it has been quality checked and shipped out. Please hang on.

Ultrawide
Regarding the Ultrawide model, production is now fully underway, and these units are scheduled for a second inspection before shipment arrangements are finalized.
