Port Forwarding problems after 19 Sept patch ... MFDs still work but RWRs / HSI / don't work

Prior to the 19 Sept patch my secondary monitors were fine forwarding RWRs / HSI / DED / etc

Since the patch ONLY the Left and Right mfds still work.  Any suggestions on why or help fixing?

I stopped using Helios a while back to get more performance FPS wise.  The LUA I have been using is attached.
