[2.9.20.15010] many visual issues with water, shades, textures on South Atlantic map

Looks like South Atlantic map is busted after update 2.9.20.15010 - many bugs noticed just in single view, most obviously the shore elevation seen under water.

Normally I enjoy SA map a lot and use it for joyrides, but this update is not looking good at all.
