The Song of the Nibelungs is the next Wargame project from Air Goons, starting in October! Focusing on central and northern Germany in 1986, the war becomes decidedly not Cold. An exercise conducted by NATO causes suspicion among Warsaw Pact leaders, which in turn makes NATO decision makers believe they need to initiate their war plans. A series of confusions leads to NATO forces attacking at Fulda Gap, and the war begins.

Viggen. That's right, Sweden joined NATO and now somehow are leading the charge to East Germany. Alt history can be wack.

We got commanders, pilots, players, generals, truckers, and just spectators. We welcome everyone who can abide by rules, and we don't require any formal signup or commitment.


For modpacks, we use some custom liveries, and low digit SAM mod, F-104, A-4.

Helicopters might have a role but there is an organizational challenge to incorporating them.
