Instrument Panel Brightness Knob - Issues

Hey folks, I am unable to adjust my instrument panel brightness knob in the F18.  I go to move it and it automatically jumps back into a different position.  I can see it moving on it's own...kind of twitches back and forth....but it won't let me me adjust it.  It is almost like it has a mind of it's own, lol.  I have been playing DCS for two years on the same rig in VR and no issues...all of a sudden after all the updates I have this problem, uggg.  Anyone have a fix?

You have another conflicting input somewhere, likely an axis. Look in your controls bindings.

I didn’t see anything when I first looked…but I’ll look again.
