6950XT, Ryzen 7 5700X, 3.4 GHz, 32GB RAM, Quest 3. What FPS should I aim?

Hi, 

With the current setup what is best FPS I should aim to achieve? I'm going to use wirtual desktop to stream it via WiFi 5GHZ. 

Important is for me to have stable FPS, I don't like drops so I prefer lower FPS but stable. 

Is 60FPS possible without sacrifice to much from graphic? Or better to aim for 45FPS?
