SS-N-33 Zircon

I'd like to suggest addition of a land-attack variant of the SS-N-33 "Zircon" to the CH Assets pack. The launcher already exists in the Russian assets pack as the SS-C-5 Bastion-P TEL — you can reuse that launcher model and animation. That leaves only the missile model, flight model and associated effects to implement.

Suggested technical data:
-Operational range: ~540 nmi;
-Flight envelope: climbs at an angle of 40° immediately after launch up to ~35 km where the booster (with payload fairing) separates; the missile then descends to ~28 km, the scramjet ignites, it performs high-altitude hypersonic cruise at ~Mach 8 and finishes with a terminal descent at up to ~Mach 4.5.
-Propulsion: boost phase + scramjet sustained cruise;
-Warhead: 350 kg fragmentation warhead;
-CEP is approximately 3 m.
