Overview

We’re building a realism-focused, RAF-inspired virtual squadron for DCS World — designed around the real RAF fast jet training and operational pipeline.

Our goal is to offer an immersive, structured experience for pilots who want to learn and fly like the real RAF, from advanced training to frontline operations, without virtual ranks or fictional hierarchies.
Just good flying, authentic training, and teamwork.

Training & Operational Structure

No. 4 Squadron RAF – Advanced Fast Jet Training (AFJT)

Platform: T-45C Goshawk (representing Hawk T2)
Focus: Core and Tactical Flying Skills

  • Advanced handling, stalls, circuits, recoveries

  • IFR / VFR navigation and low-level flight

  • Tactical formation and radio comms

  • Introduction to air combat and surface attack

No. 29 Squadron RAF – Operational Conversion Unit (OCU)

Platform: F/A-18C Hornet (representing Typhoon FGR4)
Focus: Type Conversion and Tactical Employment

  • Hornet systems and weapon employment

  • Air-to-air (BVR/WVR) and Air-to-ground tactics

  • Radar operation, sensors, and datalink

  • Mission planning and combat readiness

Bridging training into operational flying

No. 11 Squadron RAF – Frontline Operations

Platform: F/A-18C Hornet (Typhoon role)
Focus: Operational Flying and Mission Execution

  • Multirole combat operations

  • NATO-style and QRA scenarios

  • Large Force Employment (LFE) and combined ops

  • Tactical leadership and joint exercises

Our Ethos

We prioritise:

  • Authenticity: Training and procedures based on open-source RAF/NATO documentation.

  • Progression: A structured path from student to operational pilot.

  • Accessibility: Open to all skill levels — only motivation and teamwork required.

  • Simplicity: No fictional ranks or excessive admin. Just fly, train, and improve.

Looking For

We’re currently seeking:

  • Pilots eager to train and fly in a realistic environment

  • Experienced DCS Hornet pilots interested in mentoring or leading

  • Mission designers and instructors to help shape the training syllabus
