AV8R twist in lockon

Hi,

 

Just got the AV8R-01 but I can't make the twist (and the dual throttle) to work in lockon although they are working fine in windows (so it's probably not an issue with drivers). Tried it with and without sst software and I'm running out of ideas. Does anyone experience the same problem?
