AI flight behavior in last 2 missions

I really enjoyed this campaign! I can't figure out though, why the AI flights & my wingman don't drop their bombs. In mission 19 the AI lead flight just fly around like they're ready to attack the target, but never drop their bombs , my wingman too, even though I told him on the radio menu to bomb after me. Same in mission 20 , I tell the flight to attack the AA with bombs or rockets, but they don't follow my commands. I'm not experienced in missions, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
