Mission 5 Helicopters not taking off

Hello, I've attempted Mission 5 twice following the October 22 update to 2.9.21.16362. Syrian Helo 1 attempts to take off but bounces on the ground before shutting down. Perhaps it is too heavy? The other helicopters do not take off. Tacview file attached.
