I read a few links which mentioned this issue.. anyone know about it or have a way of fixing it? Asked me to upgrade to the latest Pimax Play, which is an obvious stalling tactic as a buzzing headset that does not adjust its IPD is clearly not a software issues. So they asked me for a video if the 'update' didn't work. So I have sent one, again possibly another stalling tactic as this must be a known issue and the video does not add anything over my original text description. No reply now for two days. I had a very good experience with my Pimax OG Crystal, but I am now starting to experience what others have complained about with Pimax and starting to get annoyed.
