It's 2025 and we still can't use the mouse wheel to cycle modules on the start screen

We still have to use the finicky arrow buttons to cycle through modules on the main menu (in the lower part of the starting screen).

The fact that a core quality-of-life feature like mouse wheel scrolling is still missing is quite sad.
