How to fix an issue or repair a module on steam

My Mfds are blurry since some weeks on my F/A-18C.

Go into your settings and "Cockpit display resolution".  I'm assuming due to some changes in the background this got set back to 256 (very blurry) and if you change it back to 1024 you should be good.
