DCS Carrier Dynamic Spawn Bug Report: F/A-18 Unavailable Despite Ownership

Dear DCS Support Team,
I am reporting a persistent bug with dynamic spawn points on aircraft carriers, where I am unable to select the F/A-18C despite owning the module and verifying proper setup. Below are detailed reproduction steps and troubleshooting attempts:

1. Bug Description

When attempting to spawn on a carrier's dynamic spawn points during a multiplayer mission with a friend, only helicopters are available in my spawn list—all carrier-capable fixed-wing aircraft (F/A-18C, F-14, Su-33, AV-8B) are missing. Critically, my friend (who was on the same carrier in the exact same mission) could select all these carrier-capable aircraft without any issues. This rules out mission editor configuration errors, as we shared identical mission files and spawn contexts.

To confirm it’s carrier-specific: I tested dynamic spawn points at airfields afterward, and all the aforementioned carrier-capable aircraft (F/A-18C, F-14, Su-33, AV-8B) appeared normally in the spawn list there. The issue is exclusive to carrier dynamic spawn points—all fixed-wing carrier aircraft are missing, while helicopters show up and airfield spawns work as expected.

2. Reproduction Steps

1. Join a multiplayer mission with a friend, set to spawn on a carrier’s dynamic spawn points.

2. Open the spawn list—observe all carrier-capable fixed-wing aircraft (F/A-18C, F-14, Su-33, AV-8B) are missing; only helicopters are present.

3. Friend confirms F/A-18C is visible and selectable in their spawn list for the same carrier.

4. Test airfield dynamic spawns—F/A-18C appears and functions as expected.

3. Troubleshooting Attempts (All Failed)

- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Supercarrier module, then restarted DCS.

- Created all the carriers  in the mission editor—F/A-18C still missing from their dynamic spawn lists.

- Verified game file integrity via Steam (no corrupted files detected), then retested.

- Confirmed F/A-18C module is active in my DCS module list (purchased and activated).

4. System & DCS Info

- DCS Version:latest

- Installed Modules: Supercarrier, F/A-18C, F-14, Su-33, AV-8B

- Platform: Steam

I’ve attached a screenshot of the carrier spawn list (showing missing F/A-18C) for reference. This issue is inconsistent with expected behavior, as all other carrier-capable aircraft work normally and the F/A-18C functions at airfields.

What 3rd party MODS do you have installed?  If it works for your friend but not you this is likely an issue on your setup rather than a DCS issue.
