All Purchased modules not "authorized" so they are "disabled" looking for help

All:

I just did a fresh install of the game.  After doing so I got an error message saying that all of my purchased modules F14, Supercarrier, F-18 Ect... are not authorized and were disabled.  Also it says Error message 500. I have no clue how to figure this out or trouble shoot this problem.  Any help from the community would be great.  I am not a huge computer guy a little older than most of the member I'm sure.

500 error normally means that you need to synchronize the time on your PC.
