Autopilot and Trim

Just carried out one of the included missions and the pitch trim didn't work and the autopilot wouldn't engage. And yes mappings are correct. 

Worked fine before anyone else come across this?

There's a Trim power switch on the center console.  Is it forward?  Not in game to see exact name of switch. Has a joystick near it.
