Transaction Failed, can't download game !!!!!!!!!!

:confused: I bought flamming cliffs yesterday through Paypal when after making the transaction I got redirected to lockon.ru but with a message saying the transaction failed. However the paypal account was debited 35$.

I cannot download the game and I need to, it's just about the best game ever, so please help me out with a prompt answer.
