I have tried to send a email with the provided link with no joy.

 

I need a activation key for digital download,I lost the # Anyone help?

Which e-mail, specifically, did you send your request to? activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com?

 

Also, to be a bit more clear, by "lost the number", do you mean you lost your serial number but should still have activations on it, or that you have your serial number but have run out of activations?

Fast response.The link does not work,but direct mailing does.

 

The only number I can find is my transaction ID nothing else.I beleive I have at least 3 more activations left on it.

As long as you still have your login details to the website (digitalcombatsimulator.com) that should be easy then. Just log into digitalcombatsimulator.com, click "files", then "products", and you should see something like this:

I can log in and have downloaded BlackShark and installed no problem, but click to play and I need a serial number that I do not have.

As shown in my previous post, you log into digitalcombatsimulator.com with the account you used to purchase the product, click Files, then Products, and you will see a screen similar to the one I posted. The blacked out bit is where your serial number should be.

 

Note that if you purchased it through direct2drive I believe you would have to talk to their support to retrieve your serial number.
