Activation problem

Hi all,

 

Wonder if you can help.

 

I bought Flaming cliffs a year ago. but due to a hardwear crash I had to format the PC.

 

I dont know where my activation code is and how to get it back? How can I prove I paid for the product when I cannot remember when I bought it?

 

Then is there any way of getting it up and running?

ah ha! I have logged in and it says i paid back in 2007... now how do i activate the code? is it the transaction id or something else?

Have I understood you correctly in that you logged into lockon.co.uk, selected Files, then Downloads, and retrieved your serial number as listed at the download?

 

It should look like this:

 

The blacked out part is where your number would be stored, and this should be inserted when prompted for an activation. Note of course that this number is not valid for LockOn - it pertains specifically for LockOn Flaming Cliffs. The procedure is to install LOMAC, then install FC, then start the product and get prompted for activation. If you are prompted for a code on LOMAC installation you would have to retrieve that from it's manual or disc case.
