Problem downloading files after online purchase

I just emailed the contact addresses at digitalcombatsimulator and lockon.ru. My messages bounced from digitalcombatsimulator but seem to have got through to lockon.ru.

 

At 8:30 last night Australian time I purchased Black Shark online. Download of the setup.exe file has been successful but took several hours because of slow Australian broadband. I got up at 1:45am to download the .cab file but your site told me access was not allowed to the mirror links. It looks as if my access timed out.

 

My order reference from Sage Pay isTXNY7DBHQVF5OY9GGA. My transaction reference on your site is 6941F800-58AA-E1BE-E844-9CD85F575E1D.

 

It's 2:30am here now. I don't know when I'll be able to access the links to start the download so when you fix this, could you pls give me enough time to do the download.

I tested it right now, and all three mirrors worked for me. I assume you have tried logging out and back in to the site?

 

EDIT: Do note that you will always have access to the download link. As long as the route to the download servers is open you will be able to download again whenever you so require (as long as you log in with your account).

My apologies - download working now

 

Sorry to bother you just now. I logged out and back in to no avail but when I looked in the file/download part of your site, I found the link to the mirrors again and this time it seems to be working.
