Hi ED

On 4/08/05 I order your FC 1.1 Add-on ,and ran into some kind of problem

when try to make paymentit kick me out or something anyway I tried agan

and this time it went fine. But then I got 2 confirmion payment from paypal

and when I checked on it you been payed two times for the same item

and anyway I can't even get a good download all the downloads i try to install

keeps coming up with an install error code 3 ,so not only do I need a refund for 1 item I also need help with this error code 3 ,at this point I'm sick of downloading FC 1.1 because the same thing happens each time.

I've sent e-mail and got no anwsers from ED up to date.

Error 3 means that you have downloaded corrupted file.

 

Download it once again but use Reget Deluxe manager.

 

I refunded one of your transactions.
