PayPal transacion complete but download no work

my name is Arndt Henze codename Capitan Arndt, i have purchase on 07.Apr.2005 FC by PayPal using the websystem, but, i go to files section to download FC and the download has not active, in the Payments section say I not paid for anything yet.

Hello Arndt;

 

There is a good chance PayPal cancelled your payment. You can check in the MyAccounts section of the PayPal website.

It will look something like this:

 

(in the example above I had one copy by credit card completed, but my 2nd copy got cancelled)

 

You may also have been sent an email by PayPal saying eCheck Payment Denied

 

 

PayPal has blocked the Eagle Dynamics account and has canceled many purchase orders.

 

Your money should still be with PayPal.

If none payment did not happen, remains your money in their account with Paypal. They may it fetch back On your bank account.

 

I have with PayPal asked why not payment did not happen at eagle dynamics. Here the reply:
