Notebook keyboard issue

Hi. I recently bought BS, everything is fine but today when I was watching some training missions I saw that you can communicate with ground/tower by pressing "\". When I tried same thing it didn`t worked for me so i watched it again because I thought that it was my fault but when I went after to view controls "\" was to default for communication menu and when I tried to edit this button by pressing same I got "]" but not "\". In windows (notepad) when I press "\" I got "\" but in BS when I press "\" I got "]" . What is the problem ?

 

Then I have 2 more questions:

1. In windows 7 x64 DCS Black Shark 1.0.1 knows how to use dual core by default ?

2. Due my SSD firmware because trim is not supported I have to secure format (C:\ only windows) it (1 in a week) to ensure full performance so if I had activated once the game when I will format the SSD I have to reactivate the game again?
