The one in the Config folder can't be right....I am running 2048x1152 and it says 1080x 760 etc. And the file date is 3/3/2010. I am trying to turn off the radio text messages on the upper left hand corner of the screen and other text messages that appear on the screen in white at the top....like 3 bandits have entered the mission etc... Why ? In a real military conflict you would also get some information about enemy activity from Infantry recon Spec Ops and AWACS and UAV drones. So why would you like to turn off the text messages ? They just indicate some activity of enemy forces. There will never be any future military conflict ( John Rambo sytle ) going all alone into a battle without any backround knowledge and information about enemy activity.
