Forced spawning in reinforced shelters

How do I set a flight to spawn inside the concrete shelters? Seems the only options are "Take off from runway" and "Take off from parking". Curiously enough, sometimes I end up on the parking apron whereas my AI wingman spawns inside one of those shelters, weird.

 

Oh btw, that's exactly what happens in the first mission of the campaign "Cold War Warrior" in the Su25.

Higher Fidelity aircraft can't spawn in bunkers. So Ka-50, SU-25A, and SU-25T will never spawn inside of a bunker. That said I've yet to spawn inside a bunker in singleplayer.
