Can't find PU-13 Ranzhir "Dog EAR" and question about Strela-10

I can't find the PU-13 Ranzhir "Dog Ear" radar in the mission editor.

Does anyone know if this unit appears with a different name??

it doesn't appear either as PU-13 Ranzhir or Dog Ear.

 

Also, the manual says that the RWR should show the Strela-10 with the number 13. However, this unit does not generate any warning in the RWR.

I know the Strela-10 is IR guided. So, why does the manual state that it should appears in the RWR as 13??

 

If anyone can clarify this issues for me, I would be very grateful.:helpsmilie:
