FC2.0 track utility query

Guys

I downloaded this from lockonfiles.com and it runs okay. I point it at my latest .trk file and......nothing. Am i sup[posed to be able to play the .trk outside of FC2.0? Nothing happens when I press the play button, or save for that matter.

Win7 x64 BTW

I'm guessing you installed lottu in the non-standard location. Version 1.2.1 allows you to select the location of the player (simulator.exe). You can download lottu 1.2.1 directly from this link:

aha!. Yes, the perils of getting a 40gb SSD OS drive with only room for one game at a time!, (hence the none standard install location - that and bad experience getting FC1.12b working on win7 x64)

hmmmm. I got the latest version (1.2.1), and pointed it at the .trk file and at the player. Nothing happens when I press play.

Have you applied the LO 1.2.1 patch? If so then 1.2.0 tracks won't work.

 

I have a new version of lottu in the works. Will post here when it is released. It may not fix the bug but will give you more information about it.

Thanks Moa. It’s working now. It launches the simulator.exe, which it wasn’t doing yesterday. I have a theory that I had to actually properly save a track file not try to open the default created one after a mission. Either that or it was being accessed by the game and therefore locked.
