We have two mailboxes for activation and payment problems:

activation@lockon.ru

activation@digitalcombatsimulator.com

 

Activation and payment problems should be send to it, except StarForce problems of Flaming Cliffs disc version. All off-topic will be moved to the end of the requests queue.

 

To help with activation we need the login name or the e-mail address of the account from which the product was bought. In case of payment problems please specify the transaction ID also.
