Skkuda Posted May 30, 2010 Posted May 30, 2010 few days ago I update my pc with new mobo, memory, processor and video card, so I deactivate the product just to realize that it doesnt work, so I have to use another activation. thats ok! yesterday bought a wireless card to make a lan with my son`s computer.....and BAM! when I start my chopper it tells me that great changes has been operated in my system so I have to reactivate the product! I try to do it but this message appears........ Unable to run the application due to integrity fault of the Activation Key. Re-enter a valid Activation Key or re-activate the application. If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support. I reenter my cd key but still same message...It doesnt even let me to deactivate it. Any solution? Skkuda by the way where is the technical support link so I can send the error report? Panzertard Posted May 30, 2010 Posted May 30, 2010 A new Network Interface will trigger an activation it seems. Sounds like you accidently used your order-id instead of your serial-number. DCS:BS http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/Troubleshooting:starforce:5.x#I_cannot_find_my_serial_number See the image to the right - you need to logon to the DCS site to see the serial.
