Activation / Reactivation Problem

Hi,

 

Just recently I installed update 1.02 for DCS Blackshark. After the update I tested it, single and multiplayer seemed to work fine. Only training mission seemed not to work. (hope you fix this soon)

Anyway yesterday I tried to play again and it asked me for reactivation. I clicked try again and received this message:

 

Unable to launch the application due to integrity fault of the Activation Key. Re-enter a valid Activation Key or re-activate the application.

If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support.

 

I tried uninstaling and installing again but still receive the same message now I cannot play.

Also I installed the game once so this means I still have 7 activations left, but on the starforce site I see i have only six left. I don't want a new activation code I just want be able to play without problems. I cannot activate or deactivate. PLEASE help. I had tried contactins dcs support but I keep getting a mail delivery failure.

 

 

Is there another email for support? I tried everything on the forum. UAC On / Off, cleaned regestry after uninstalling. I went i bought the flaming cliffs 2.0 last night but really need Blackshark working again.

Which e-mail did you attempt to send to?

 

My suspicions are that one of the following is true:

1) Something has broken in your windows registry. This would be very difficult to fix without reinstalling windows if this is the case, but if it is the case then you would want to do it anyway since it would only get worse with time.

2) Are you using VMware or similar virtual machine applications? If so, have a look here: http://en.wiki.eagle.ru/wiki/Troubleshooting:starforce:5.x#Activations_disappear

3) Are you using any virtual hardware applications? Such as Daemon-Tools. There is no way for the protection system to differentiate between real and virtual hardware.
