Got some money, so was thinking what would be the wisest way to use them.

1. Get a Siberia v2 headset. I had the v1, but snapped in half after heavy use. I do have a replacement atm, the cable is mostly too short for serious use.

2. get a new joystick. Send my old one to rep. but got the money back instead due to it being out of produktion. wont be any fancy though, and have always said i should get a good HOTAS after a new pc.

3. Save for a new cellphone. The one i have is a old (from when blue-tooth was OMGZ!!1).

4. or save for a new pc, so i can play DCS: A-10 when it comes.

Just not sure how use the money (he :music_whistling: )

Hi,

What's you current system spec? if you current system can be upgraded then you would probably manage to buy everything else in your list except #4 because you have already upgraded your PC. One thing that i recommend if you don't already have is TrackIR 5. If you're going to buy a new PC, try to build it yourself, not only you'd be able to choose the motherboard you like and you know you can upgrade but you'll save lots of money as well.

Good luck.

Did you win the lottery, boy if i had the money i would pay my debts first.

Nahh, got a little lucky with a soonish birthday and a joystick someone didn't want to repair ^^

Upgrading would be stupid ^^

I'm running a CPU from when 64bit cpu's was new and the GPU is AGP :D

It's not that many money though :(

Save up for the new computer. Not sure whether you'd need it to be able to play DCS:A10C (I don't quite recall your system specs), but you could build yourself a very cheap i3 rig that will do the trick for ~4000 DKK if you are able to reuse some components. ~5000 or ~5500 if you also need to replace your GPU.

Cell phones... Bah. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool nerd and I'm using a bog standard Samsung that my Telco actually gave me as a present when I signed up for 12 months more, and with it I am able to call people and text them, which pretty much is what a telephone is meant to do. :P Only bother with a new telephone if you actually need one for some specific application, imo.

To be honest EtherailN. I was looking at the i5-750. But seeing there's no m-atx with USB 3 AND using the P55, i'm planning to use a Phenom II 955 with a MSI 890GXM-G65 ;)
