Joy button problem

I have BLACK WIIDOW joy from speed link. My problem is: I set button in options ex: BTN6 = lock target - it works good in options layout menu only - keys assigment good. When flying - it doesn't work ;-(. Another problem modifiers/switches button - when i press it once it is still pressed.

If You have any idea - please write. Thanx for reply!
