Because of network problem,when I buyed a copy of lockon flaming cliffs 2 on your website with my visa creditcard on the last step,AN ERROR happened,Then I did not recept the serial number.

But my creditcard bank confirmed that the purchase had succeeded.

I have sent an email to activation@lockon.ru yesterday ,but no one replied!

Please help me :helpsmilie::helpsmilie:

I was unable to establish your location through your forum account, so just in case: please keep time zones in mind when waiting for replies to e-mail. Also, if you happen to be in the United States and a customer of comcast, please indicate so: replies from ED support staff often get filtered as spam by that ISP.

 

Have you verified that your serial number is not listed on the site? Log in to lockon.co.uk and click "My Purchases" and you should find your key listed with transaction number.

 

If the money was indeed withdrawn from your account (and not just reserved) and there is no license key number there, something was indeed wrong, but usually this would mean that the transaction was not finished: the bank would have reserved the funds on your credit account anticipating a claim from Eagle Dynamics, but the error would prohibit ED from making the claim. In this case the funds would automatically revert to your account in 5 banbk days.
