Without a manual, how does one know all the key commands? Is this somewhere without having to purchase? I hope so.

There's manuals in PDF format that come with the game. They're accessible through the program's group in the start menu.

 

There's also PDFs with all the key commands, which funnily enough, are also accessible the program's group in the start menu.

 

You can also access them directly from the Docs directory under your FC2 install directory.

 

Also, you could just look at them in the Options screen...
