I've got the new ka50/fc2 tactical map for sale, unopened, brand new.

 

I bought it together with the manual from "The fighter collection" but realized it's huge and can't really make any use of it in my flat.

That said, the maps I use for flying IRL in a really cramped cockpit are of the same size and resolution: the trick is to fold it so that the part you will need is visible but compact. If you google around there's also some tricks that involve a bit of cutting that'll make things even easier. (This method is used by many american combat aviators.)
