amagad Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Hi all, the problem is the following; I have the CH flightstick and I use the throttle axis as the zoom view. Now the problem is that it always, even after calibrating it, moves up and down one #. It never stays on a single place its always slighty moving my view back and forward and its really uncomfortable. I have CH control manager and when I calibrate I can see the numbers moving up and down one spot when the throttle is in the middle. I tried everything and i really need this axis to zoom because its the best one for that . And another big problem is that most of the times when I change to F2 view my camera starts spinning like crazy and there is no stopping it, so i have to use interior view only. I also tried many things to fix this but nothing ,it always comes back.. Can anyone help out with this please??? Guest ruggbutt Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 I've bypassed using the zoom axis as it's never worked really well. I use a switch to zoom in and out using the "/" and "*" keys.
diomedes33 Posted May 21, 2005 Posted May 21, 2005 Try increasing the deadband if you haven't already. You can do this in ch manager or lomac. In lomac its in the controls setup and click on the zoom axis. In Ch Manager, click on Test/Calibrate, Ch Fighter Stick, then the axis settings tab. The throttle wheel is the z-axis.
