Activation Key - Serial Number after Re-installing

I originally downloaded the English version for $49 US Dollars a year ago and I still have the Proof of Purchase from Flaming Cliffs in a folder in my yahoo account and I have forwarded the purchase proof email to activate@digitalcombatsimulators....etc asking if they could help me, but here are the steps that I took.

 

1. Using the HP "Recovering Dics" OR "Internal Harddrive Backup" I had to reinstall Windows Vista to the orginal state of when I had the computer when I first purchased it because of Operating System Issues.

 

2. I Installed Black Shark on the oringal install of the OS that had to be wiped out because of the OS issues.

 

3. I kept the original Black Shark "setup.exe" and whole file directory download from the DCS Website on a Back Up drive and "Ran the setup.exe" after the Re-install of Vista.

 

4. The install of Black Shark was succesfull and I went to click on the "Black Shark Executable Shortcut" on my desktop and got the "Please enter your Serial Number/Activation Key".

 

5. I do have access to the https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php

Account that I downloaded from originally so I wen to File/Products and still have Access to the "Setup.exe" to download again, as well as access to the ".cab" download as well.

 

6. I tried copying and pasting both "Serial Numbers" that are listed under File/Products at https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php into the "Field" where it keeps asking for my "Serial Number" to activate the game, but neither of them work.

 

Should I "De-activate" the Game Install via the pop up box that appears, or should I "download" again the "Setup.exe" from https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php and the ".cab" again, then re-enter the Serial number?
