Vehicles moving one at a time coloum

Hi.

 

I have made a mission with a Russian Armoured attack on a US Airfield.

I have a few US armoured vehicles randomly placed on the Airfield. I have about 50 Russian vehicles attacking and they are not on a road. but coming from fields outside. I have set it to side by side(Can't remember what it's called as at work), and was hoping for a broad frontal attack. However the first vehicle moves and then a few seconds later the second and so on and on......

So i eventually get a long column approcaching the airbase instead of maybe 10 vehicles at a time. So only 1 Russian is firing at a time compared to maybe 5+ American tanks and the Russians get hammered. How can i make the Russians attack on a broader front?

Try line abreast as a formation.

Thats what i have it at. (Thats what i meant as side to side). Not working.

You have to assign the formation to all waypoints.

 

If you only set line abreast at starting wp after you placed all wps all the others have the standard formation - i think column - assigned.
