Problems downloading setup-3.bin file (open beta)

I get a request of a login name/pass when I try to download fron any of the FTP/HTTP.

 

The three first files are OK

I experienced the same issue on that file. Using the HTTP option instead of the FTP worked for me. Just control-click to open it in a new window.
