Mapping

Hi, slowly making my way through the Su 27 tutorial I noticed a function

"Anticipated Target Range RAlt+ and RAlt-". Thinking it would be a good

thing to map to my joystick I can't find it listed in the Options Controls section of the game. Am I missing something ? Any ideas
