controls vanished

when i installed DCS BS v1.0 i had a large list of key commands under

options/controls

since i have installed the 1.0.2 patch most of the controls have vanished from the list, and i cannot save my settings

i did disable user account controls in win7 64

and i installed as administrator

i have done this several times now
