Keyboard sensitivity

Is there some *.lua file where I can adjust the sensitivty of the keyboard?

 

At the moment I am using the keyboard to control the collective stick, and it jumps very drastically when hitting a key.

 

Would be nice if I could get half the response for the time I am keeping the key pressed (which is just a part of a second).

 

Any suggestions?
