HOLD TIME missing in the editor?

I read in the BS manual that there should be this HOLD TIME option, its also shown very nice in a screenshot in the BS manual but i cant find it in the A10 editor?

 

How do i then delay spawn a group of units without this feature?

I figured it out. It appears HOLD TIME have been removed and you simply use start now.
