Visa debit not accecpted

Is anyone having problems getting a visa purchase accecpted for DCS A 10?

I have tried the visa /visa debit and the visa electron and was not able to get it accepted

I have plenty of money in there, but it keeps getting declined.

Panp, I used my Visa Debit to purchase my DCS A10 No Problems Wish I was smart enough to tell you what the problem you are having might be.

You might call your bank and ask them if they are stopping the transaction for any reason. That is the only advice I can offer.

I went to my bank and found out what the issue was.

 

On Nov 7 a set of new rules went into effect on my debit card.

Any over seas transaction will be blocked due to the requirment of a pin number during the trancsaction.

New measures to try and prevent fraud that will prevent / hamper and block legitimate purchases:(

Realy sucks that I TRY and not use a regular credit card to save on interest and the hassles involved and cant use a card that is the same as CASH :doh:

 

Seems the world always finds one more way to piss me off lately :joystick:

Setup a PayPal account ... I usually use that but I'm not sure what I used to purchase it; don't remember at the moment .. might have been my AMEX ...
