Beta3 error message: [string ".\Mission...

Hi. Downloaded Beta3 last night, twice, and both installs fail to get past the error message: [string ".\MissionEditor\modules\me_mission.lua"]:4483:can't open"./Temp/tempMission.miz" for 'wb'

There are are few more lines in the entire message. Does anyone have an idea what the issues are?

run the game as administrator. right click the icon and choose run as administrator.
