How to use a touchscreen as 2nd monitor with A-10

I have a 23' usual screen on the top and a 23' TouchScreen on the bottom as second monitor.

I want to use Helios on the bottom monitor and DCS A10 on the top screen.

But i can only use the touchscreen when it is declared as main monitor.

Any idea ?
