froggy92 Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 (edited) Hello everyone ... A long story short : I bought the early A10 Beta installed it and played with it, as well as Beta 2 and Beta 3 : it was under Windows XP 32 bits, a Core 2Xtreme 9700, Intel MB, 2Gb Ram, 3 SCSCI U320 HDD, GTX 295, Track IR5 and TM Warthog. I totaly changed my PC spec last week and now running an i7 980 Xtreme, 12 Gb Ram, Asus Rampage Formula, SSD Crucial 300 256 Gb, GTX295, Track IR 5 andf TM Warthog...and WIN7 FR 64bits Full edition. I reinstalled from scratch Beta 3 and...surprise, doesn't work any more. Oh yes I now have the all programm launched in about 4.5 sec !!! but... None of the Video options i try to modify are taken into consideration, the screen blinks, shuts down and comes back almost instantly without any change ( I tried almost all various combination of settings ) and the full screen is not available any more. When I go into the mission editor, i select one of the pre-installed mission, opens it ( no problem ) then decide to "play" it : a lot of various windows pop up warning screens mentionning difficulties to access some missing files are suddenly showing up. And then.... nothing. The game has to be shut down and reopened. That thread is mostly to let you know I am available to dev teams if they want to know more about my issue. I am more interested in seeing that issue shareed and solved out for the benefit of the community than being able to play now as it is only a Beta... :smilewink: still ! Cheers Eric PS ) ALL drivers are the latest available ones ( Asus Rampage, Nvidia, Intel etc...) Edited December 18, 2010 by froggy92
