Game freeses in loading and Track IR not working

Ive installed A10 in 32 bit as advised . I have a tir 4 using version 5.1 software. as advised I have it running as administrator.

 

I run A10 64 bit version as administrator and it sees the tir. blue light on. When I attempt to start a mission I get a freeze on attempting to boot the load screen and get a not responding message.

 

Windows 7 64 bit.

 

If i run A10 without administrator it works fine. But no track IR. same in 32 and 64 bit.

 

Any ideas? Yes I have searched the forums :(

Unless you've done some hacks, TIR will only work with the 32-bit version, i.e. "DCS A-10C_x86".

 

What missions are you trying to load? If it's a training mission, you may have problems if you're not using the updated training missions. Otherwise, the first load of the simulator does take a while as it compiles all the effects; once it's done once subsequent loads are faster.

 

Is the freeze accompanied by any error messages/pop dialogs? Maybe try it in windowed (not fullscreen) mode to help see.
